  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup cold coffee
  • Handful ice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • A dash of cinnamon

Step 1- Combine the milk, oat, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend them until well mixed.
