Creamer is a liquid or powder added to coffee instead of milk products such as cream or half-and-half. It is often bought from stores. It is a sweetened and hyped-up alternative to adding milk to coffee. Fortunately, you can save money by making it at home. Ingredients Required:

  • Brown sugar- Start with ¼ cup of sugar. Add more sugar depending on your preferences. You can also use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.
  • Half-and-half- You will need 2 cups of half-and-half for this recipe. Half-and-half is a mixture of cream and milk in equal parts.
  • Vanilla extract- Use 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.

Instructions:

Step 1- Take a large Mason jar or glass measuring cup and add in sugar and half-and-half. Shake or stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2- Add vanilla to the mixture. Stir the mixture.

Step 3- Chill the mixture in your refrigerator. Your vanilla coffee creamer is now ready to use.
