Ingredients Required:

  • Brown sugar- Start with ¼ cup of sugar. Add more sugar depending on your preferences. You can also use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.

  • Vanilla extract- Use 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.

Step 1- Take a large Mason jar or glass measuring cup and add in sugar and half-and-half. Shake or stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2- Add vanilla to the mixture. Stir the mixture.

Step 3- Chill the mixture in your refrigerator. Your vanilla coffee creamer is now ready to use.

How long can you keep this vanilla coffee creamer in the fridge?

Your creamer can be kept in the refrigerator up to the time your half-and-half lasts. Thus, the expiration date on your half-and-half will tell when your coffee creamer will last. Generally, a homemade vanilla coffee creamer lasts for up to 7 days in the fridge.
