To make cinnamon coffee, use cinnamon syrup or ground cinnamon. If you’re making cinnamon coffee for its taste and health benefits, ground cinnamon will be the better option.

Avoid adding excessive cinnamon to coffee. A ¼ teaspoon or a pinch of ground cinnamon is sufficient per cup.

Brew enough coffee. Next, add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon syrup. Stir until fully dissolved. Heat a ½ cup of milk. Add the milk to the coffee as you stir. Add enough sugar according to your taste.

Flavored Cinnamon Milk

As a coffee lover, you can prepare flavored cinnamon milk for use as a flavored coffee creamer. In this case, you’ll need to infuse some milk with some cinnamon sticks. To do this, add milk (2 cups) and one cinnamon stick into a saucepan. Heat them on medium heat until they steam. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Allow the cinnamon stick to steep in the milk for an hour. Once done, strain and get your flavored creamer. You can store the creamer in your refrigerator for not more than 3 days. Heat the refrigerated creamer before using it.
